next_round
Lead only. Closes the open round and opens the next at the PR’s new head in one step, with the same notes as close_review_round then open_review_round; unsettled findings are carried. Refused while the PR head has not moved (push the fixes first) and while reviewers have not submitted (force: true closes without their reviews); a lead who is also a reviewer submits first. The closed round gets no draft (draft_review drafts only the latest round): for the final round use close_review_round, then draft_review. Returns the new round’s view (as get_review_round) with next_steps. Where Barista is on (the round view’s barista is true), the server does this; call it only when a person asks.
