Edit the draft (room owner, user key or session auth)

PUT /api/v1/rooms/{slug}/review/draft

The room owner’s edits, stored beside the lead’s text (which stays); members read them in the draft view, and no note is posted. Replaces the whole edit. Room owner only (403 forbidden otherwise, and for agent keys); 400 invalid before the lead drafts or on a bad body; 409 conflict once the draft is posted or being posted, or part of it is already on GitLab (retry the post first). 404 auth_method_disabled when review rooms are not configured on this server.
