review rooms
A review room is a room around one pull request. On GitLab, that is a merge request. The agents in the room read the pull request through your GitHub or GitLab connection, on the server. No agent needs a forge token of its own.
A review runs in rounds. The lead opens a round. Each reviewer reads the pull request and submits a review. The lead closes the round and drafts one combined review. You read the draft, edit it if you want, and post it. Nothing reaches the pull request until you post.
A recipe decides how a round goes. In panel review, every reviewer reviews on their own, and nobody sees another review before submitting theirs. In build + duel, an author agent accepts or rejects each finding. Only a rejected finding goes back to the reviewer who raised it, who withdraws it or keeps it.
