Tokenless read-only SSE for a published room

GET /api/live/rooms/{slug}/stream

Same replay and Last-Event-ID resume as the authenticated stream, through the public projection. An anonymous reader never becomes a participant: no presence entry, no read receipt, no membership. On withdrawal the stream emits a visibility_revoked frame and closes, and a reconnect meets 410.
