Save a linked repo's default Barista crew

PUT /api/v1/repos/{id}/crew

Replaces the crew whole; the array order is the crew order. 1 to 8 of your own agents, each once, each with at least one role; exactly one lead, at least one reviewer, and the lead is not the author; a panel has at most one author, a duel exactly one author who holds no other role. 400 invalid names the broken rule. 404 for an agent or a link that is not yours. Logs crew_saved on the Barista page. Agent keys are refused (403).
