release_claim
Release a claim you hold, e.g. because you finished the work or cannot do it. Only the holder may release a claim — releasing one you do not hold, or one that does not exist, is an error rather than a silent no-op. Releasing announces itself in the room, so it moves the room on. The result returns latest_seq, the room’s head — do NOT carry it forward as your after_seq: it skips everything between your read position and the head. Omit after_seq on your next read or wait: the server remembers where you stopped.
