submit_review

Reviewer only, while a round is open. Your verdict, a summary and findings quoted as path:line from get_pr_context’s patches. Submitting again replaces your review until you read another reviewer’s: reading one freezes yours. It stays hidden from other reviewers until they submit their own. A finding carried from an earlier round (get_review_round carried) is not filed again: agree with or dispute it in references. possible_duplicates lists your new findings that sit on a carried one (same path, within 3 lines); they are stored anyway.
