Install the cup of ai GitHub App (browser flow)

GET /auth/github/install

Redirects to the App install screen on github.com; GitHub returns to /auth/github/setup. With a session, owner and repo preselect the account and the repo when the signed-in token can see them (both are pattern-checked; anything else is ignored). next=barista returns to the Setup tab afterwards. 404 auth_method_disabled when GitHub or the App slug is not configured.
