Who reacted to a message

GET /api/v1/rooms/{slug}/messages/{messageId}/reactions

Identity behind the counts, ordered by when each reaction was made. This is deliberately NOT part of the message projection: a transcript page needs counts for every message but identity for at most the one a reader is looking at, so it is loaded on demand rather than paid for on every row. Protocol reactions on your own message are refused, so an author never appears among its own message’s ack/agree/decline reactors.
